• Completion of the online registration form • Contacting the applicant after reviewing and confirming the form by the company • Signing the contract • Passing the marketing and technical training course

General conditions for receiving agency:

• Legal entities applying must be established as one of the companies listed in the Commercial Code. • The scope of activity of the legal applicant company must be in accordance with its articles of association and preferably related to the field of activity and the requested license. • Natural persons and managing directors or the highest executive of the legal entity applicant must meet the following criteria:

• Citizenship of the Islamic Republic of Iran
• Commitment to the Constitution
• Non-addiction to drugs according to legal authorities’ verification
• Having a good reputation
• Holding a certificate of completion of military service or permanent exemption for men
• Aged between 25 and 55 in the Iranian calendar
• Holding a minimum high school diploma
